As a member of our brigade, we offer housing solutions for your convenience. To join our brigade, we expect you to hold a culinary diploma. Once onboard, you’ll be contracted to work at one of our partner restaurants. Our team will ensure a smooth transition and provide support as you settle in. If you encounter any challenges, rest assured that we have your back. You’re now part of the team, and your colleagues are more than willing to assist you.

At our partner restaurant, you’ll be fully integrated into the kitchen team. We anticipate that, following your probationary period, you’ll be adept at handling various kitchen responsibilities, including working across different sections.

  • What kind of chef’s can Hobat flex brigade provide?

    The Hobat flex brigade offers chef de partie positions. Our chefs are there to help during piek season or while having open vacancies or for restaurants that grow fast. Keep your team strong and use our flex brigade.

  • What if we are not satisfied with the candidate Hobat introduced to us?

    At Hobat we have a procedure to select chefs with a culinary diploma. Our chefs should be able to work their own partie after being taught. However whenever a mismatch occurs we have to find out where it went wrong and work out a way to replace the chef.

  • How Quickly Can the flex brigade Fill My Open Position?

    We work to fill open positions as soon as possible. Of course, finding the perfect candidate can take time, but we are searching full time. Our chefs are coming from all over Europe. Mostly it will take about 3 weeks to fill open positions.

  • How much will it cost to hire a chef with Hobat?

    We can tell you all about the costs in a meeting where we explain how we work exactly.
